So I created a quick blog to post good vegetable loaded recipees on. Its late and I dont feel like typing one out to start it off at the moment, but the site is started for any to post...just email me for the username, etc info and post away. Well out of the two pics taken, this was the best. (Sorry Lauren :(). Not bad for only two attempts, freezing weather, and about 2 minutes to take it before Ben and Rachel would be late for their plane. I am sure Matt will want to do some fix-it-up work, but thought I would throw up a quick view of the original while I have time
